How it works

First thing you’ll need to know is that it’s over 18’s only and as ever expect to have to prove it with valid ID if you look anything other than over 25.

On arrival you’ll need your valid ticket, and this will be exchanged for your Champagne Flute (yours to take home) your booklet that describes all the choices of Fizz or Fizz Cocktail available and gives background information such as how sweet or dry they are and where they come from.

There are around 50 varieties of Fizz or Fizz-based cocktails available to try and your ticket includes £10 worth of sampling vouchers. Further vouchers can be purchased from the Voucher Desk throughout the evening.

The event starts at 6.30pm and finishes at 11.30pm. The vouchers are available until 11pm and any unused vouchers will need to have been used up by 11.30pm or exchanged for ‘take-home’ bottles.

Vouchers are in £5 denominations and come on cards of 2, 4 or 7 vouchers (so £10, £20 or £30 worth) and will be struck out by the bartenders when you order your drinks. Each fizz or cocktail has a voucher value, typically 1, 1.5, 2 or more vouchers per drink dependent on the particular fizz, so for example Prosecco Frizzante is 1 voucher, Vintage Champagne is 3 vouchers per standard (125ml) glass.

There’s a seat at a table for everyone, but if you are coming as a group and want to sit together its best to reserve this.

At your table you’ll find a big bowl of butter popcorn to help your appetite and plenty of water to keep yourself ‘irrigated’!

Throughout the evening the resident DJ play a backing track of tunes and he’s sometimes joined by a variety of musicians who will be lifting the beat from time to time, to keep your feet tapping and your spirits high.
